In order to ensure that we comply with the IRS rules governing nonprofits on the receipt and accounting of donations, CHILD reviews all requests for in-kind gifts prior to accepting them to ensure that:

1. We can demonstrate that there is a current need for a particular item
2. We can utilize the item(s)
3. An In-kind Donation Form accompanies your gift
